Finn is an Irish gentleman. He loves to cook.
Last year, he went to Jamaica with his wife and fell in love with the cuisine.
As a surprise for his wife he is trying to make jerk chicken, but he is struggling.
Ken is a native Jamaican and loves cooking.
Ken has been a chef for several years and loves to bring people together with food.
Ken hosts group sessions on Gather and Cook based on his own schedule.
He charges $100/hr and always has 5 people in his group cooking sessions.
Finn searches Gather and Cook for a session host that focuses on Jamaican food and he finds Ken’s profile.
Ken charges $100 per hour for his sessions. Since he hosts small group sessions (5 participants per session) each participant only pays $20.
Finn pays his $20 and joins the session with Ken and four other participants.
He was able to follow along with Ken and make an amazing jerk chicken that his wife loved. He also enjoyed asking questions and joking with Ken and the other participants.
Ken hosts three 1 hr sessions a week and sets his availability based on his own schedule.
He charges $100/hr.
Ken makes $300 per week/$1,200 per month from Gather and Cook.
